‘De Plantage’ (‘The Plantation’) is situated in the district Commewijne, which takes its name from the Commewijne River. In early days this district was one of the most important areas in Suriname in terms of the number of plantations.
Our kitchen offers a large assortment of international dishes, all of which are prepared using almost exclusively Suriname produce.
